AEA serves as third party resource to support the professional staff of long-term care facilities.
Here are some examples of how AEA can regularly assist facilities:
  • Consulting on elder dignity issues
  • Provide in-service sessions on team building within the facility
  • Consult on issues related to all aspects of service delivery
  • Provide training and education focused on resident rights
