Facility Services
Often a third party professional can relieve some of the strain on an overworked facility.
The staff at elder care facilities is frequently working at maximum capacity with just the day-to-day challenges of long-term care.

Special needs can simply overtax or even overwhelm existing staff that may not have the time or advanced training to handle specific cases. AEA can enter the facility as an independent contractor to consult on individual assignments for a defined duration.

Here are some examples of how AEA can regularly assist facilities:
  • Consult on culture changes within the long term care industry
  • Provide in-service sessions on team building within the facility
  • Consult on issues related to all aspects of service delivery
  • Provide training and education focused on the positive impact available through third-party mediation
