Attorney Services
Wills and trusts aren't the only services lawyers are asked to provide for elders.
Attorneys who specialize in meeting the legal needs of elders often need somewhere to turn for their clients' health and long-term care concerns. Discerning a good nursing home to meet the specific needs of a client may require consultation with a qualified resource.

AEA is available to consult on a professional level regarding the full spectrum of elder care issues. The goal is to identify and recommend long term care options.

Working in concert with attorneys and the legal system, AEA is also experienced in providing guardianship services, and AEA's director is a nationally certified guardian. While the attorney is protecting a client in the eyes of the legal system, AEA can lay the groundwork to assure that his or her health and living conditions are respectfully overseen.
